I haven't home brewed in a while & the ingredients were just lying around. I invited some friends over & I brewed on the patio whilst we drank the remainder of previous homebrews.
Originally the idea was to taste the difference between Cascade & Liberty hops by brewing two identical beers, bar the hops in question.
Since my favourite style of beer is a pale ale with a citrussy hoppy flavour - but had already done 2 recently that were quaffing strength - I thought I'd make a proper sipping beer.
