I have a theory that my beer clears better when crystal malt have been used. I have some new Simcoe hops which I want to try, but they are a strongly bittering hop (12.9% alpha acid).&n
Since my favourite style of beer is a pale ale with a citrussy hoppy flavour - but had already done 2 recently that were quaffing strength - I thought I'd make a proper sipping beer.
Running out of homebrew to share was looking likely, but I managed to find just over 3 hours to brew 2 batches of a stock ale so that when I have more time next week I can bottle it & perhaps b
